You're also arguing terminology, it seems to me. I made no argument about "Termination of parental rights". Lots of people lose their kids for weeks or months without that happening. For very minor things.

Hollywood has the best moral compass, because it has compassion.
These parents lost their boys for a month because the oldest one was stuck outside for 90 min.
