We have the media and universities treating some very radical and dangerous ideas as not only mainstream but as censuses view points. This is not just talking head noise but it is having real world consequences that are ruining and in some cases ending people's lives.

I live Dallas where five police officers were shot by someone radicalized by the BLM and the press still pushed that movement. The fact that people of color are not always treated fairly does not justify prompting a violent and racist movement that cares nothing about facts. Sandra Bland, Michael Brown and Trevion Martin are still treated as martyrs despite the fact they there own actions are what lead to the death and complete lack of evidence that race was a factor. In all of these cases the initial story was disproven but media ignored that and continued to promote. I got tired of hearing "there are still unanswered questions" used a magic word the completely removes the actual facts in order to promote conspiracy theory idea that them raising unfounded question some how implies something nefarious happened. The argument that they are not a racist hate group is totally undermined by the fact that race is the first and last consideration they use for guilt. In that way they are a lot like like the KKK but are still heavily supported and promoted by our radical left media. They would deny this is true because in their delusional arrogance and gross over estimation of their intellectual power they decided racism can only come from white people. IF something makes you uncomfortable just believe something stupid until you feel better and these are the intellectual elites?

Male students in our universities have completely lost the basic rights of the accused. They are often denied the right to council and are denied the right to face their accusers, they are even denied the assumption of innocence until proven guilty. The Obama administration didn't think that was enough decided to order schools to lower the burden of proof that is required to ruin a young man's life. Of course when girls are found to being lying not only are they not punished but they are cuddled and treated as victims. If two college kids get drunk and screw and she decides a couple days later she regretted it then he is a rapist who doesn't even deserve the right to defend himself and she is elevated to esteemed ranks of victim and it should celebrated and believed without question. I saw a case recently where a girl hooked up with a guy at a party and then when back to her room and sent him a text asking if he had s condom. She came down and they had sex and he was kicked out of school. Seems she had also asked for gum because she had thrown up and he should have known she was she was too drunk to consent so he is a rapist and her bad decision making is not her fault because white males are evil. The fact that he was just as drunk is irrelevant because drunk men are still responsible for their actions, unlike the girls who want to fight for equal rights just not equal accountability.

This kind of radical extremism is creating a backlash that is only starting to build and the more the left double down on stupid the bigger that wave will grow. One of the key stats on this is republican women are the ones who are moving to right over this. Seems that some of them have white sons who they don't think should be thrown on the fire of social justice as a sacrifice for their grandfathers actions. That wave brought us Trump and the media support ideas is the reason Trump can call the media the enemy of the people and get away with. When the media took sides they lost that protection and the sad part is they live in such an echo chamber world they think Trump is the reason they are less popular than congress and less trusted. Trump is the symptom their loss of balance and perspective is the cause. As the faith in mainstream media grows, which it will since the media refuses to recognize their own culpability in these issues then people will continue to turn to less mainstream and more radical sources.

The thing about rebound movements is they tend to grow and they tend to overshoot if they have critical mass and there is more than enough critical mass. Between excessive over reach from the left and growing fear from the right that their way of life could be forever changed this is going to get a lot uglier especially consider the fact that the people with power to correct things seem invested in the idea of growing the division.
