I'd like for some clarification on this. Is your argument that they did something that deserved the death penalty? That actions such as theirs should lead to death, and do, no matter what your race, in the United States?
I may be mistaken regarding the details of those three incidents, but none of them received the Death Penalty. The Death Penalty is handed down by a judge in accordance after a jury convicts them of breaking the law.
If I remember correctly, that was not the case for them. I'm not sure about the first two, but in Martin's case, didn't he attack someone with a gun? The security guy? Didn't the other two not comply with an officer's orders? If that's the case.....?
