DACA was an act of the Imperial Presidency. It was not a law passed by Congress.
Do these individuals have a 'right' to reside here? They have Presidential directive and the courts for now. Their long term existence in the US is precarious.
Do I believe these children - now adults - who were brought here should be allowed to stay? Yes, but with serious conditions. And with additional laws stating that no other children will ever get the same kind of treatment again. These people are now part of the wider immigration debate.
You can bring in emotions. You can bring in morals. Do whatever you want. I don't honestly care to continue to debate this with you as I find your view not based enough on laws so please enjoy the last reply - if you feel the need to do so.
