I like Cannoli's suggestion.

But some of the biggest scenes of the series depend on the reader's established understanding of the OP. Specifically the cleansing.

How would you show an ocean of Saidin being funneled through a flowery tunnel of Saidar which is filtered through Shadar Logoth ? That's nuts.
