a significant accident of the chain reaction type on an interstate can shut it down in both directions for multiple hours. This creates overflow traffic on secondary roads not accustomed to handling that level of volume which may in turn lead to more accidents, more delays, more diversion of traffic, etc. Just sayin...

I would make time for Mookies post which I still have not answered.

Cooked a turkey in the last 48 hours, but also had a flat tire and lost 6 hours over two days due to it. Changing it going to the first store which did not have the model in stock, then the second, replacing it, driving home, sigh.

Tired, cranky, but feeling good even though Tuesday and Wednesday was unexpectedly busy in a way I did not expect.
