Yunalesca saunters confidently around the library, his hawklike eyes intent upon Stephen. As he circles his prey, he begins to speak.

"My friends, my comrades. Today we see the power of democracy. For it is through each one of you that we peel back the lies, to reveal the truth. Truly, you are all irreplaceable." He pauses for a moment in a beam of sunlight, his face the blazing visage of a god of Goodness and Beauty.

Yuna's gaze narrows. "And yet." He advances on Stephen. "Perhaps some of us aren't so wonderful after all, are we? Trucking with the forces of darkness? Willing to doom us all to the fires of eternity for your own petty ends!? How DARE you, sir!"

And now Yunalesca's face turns sorrowful. "Ah, Stephen. If only I had known sooner. Perhaps I could have done something. I could have led you back to the Light!"

Tears are streaming down Stephen's face, for while his tongue is seemingly paralyzed from shame, he knows that he has failed this wonderful, wonderful man.

"Come, Stephen." Yuna says. "You know what must be done." He takes Stephen's hand, and leads him, unresistingly, towards the Hellmouth. As Stephen stands on the edge of the pit, he glances back at his former friends, and takes one last look at Yunalesca, drinking in the image of that perfect face.

"I just want everyone to know," Stephen says, taking off his glasses tiredly, "that I- um, what's happening to you?" He points at Yunalesca.

Yuna's eyes widen, and you see shimmers of a bright glow piercing through his clothes. "Shit!" Yuna whispers to himself. "Shitshitshitshitshitshitshit!" He starts patting himself down, muttering. He kind of looks like a crazy person.

Stephen, a little more sure of himself, shakes his head a few times. "Um, this may be a silly question, but why were we listening to him?

Everyone else looks back and forth at each other in mild confusion.

"Well... he, um... invented the Internet? No, that can't be right..."

An anguished howl comes from Yuna as he collapses on the ground, sobbing in despair. "Noooo! It's gone, it's GONE!"

Stephen's eyes light up, and tries to make himself heard over Yuna's. "Well, it appears something strange is going on. Might as I suggest we postpone my wrongful murder until we have investigated Yunalesca's pitiful breakdown?"

Bergioyn shoves Stephen backwards as he walks over to Yuna. "Nope, sorry, we voted."

Stephen staggers backward, and falls into the pit, crying "Blooooooooooooooody heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllllllllll!"

Bergioyn looks up at the rest of you. "Yuna's asleep now. He cried himself unconscious. How pathetic. Let's get some sleep."

And the Hellmouth, satisfied with another offering, quiets down as the room darkens, and you all go to your separate corners.

You may not have found a bad guy, but at least you don't have to deal with that loser Yunalesca any more tonight.
