You can't outlaw property. This communist bullshit about property being an evil is just stupid tripe. If you outlaw private property, you have a whole host of problems. The biggest is that when property belongs to "all" it really belongs to whoever is running everything. To maintain an unnatural system such as what you discuss you need a fairly strong government apparatus to force people to agree. The USSR and China never got rid of private property. In either event, the property ends up belonging to the government, which can use it as a weapon. If you counter by saying everyone would be running things, then you need only take a look at Sarah Palin and her supporters to see that people without qualifications shouldn't be running a petting zoo.
