You said you think she wouldn't even be able to access Tel'Aran'Rhiod since she would think of it as synonymous with an escape attempt, and I agree.

I just also think she may be able to access T'A'R but be unable to do much while there because of her intentions.

It's the equivalent of saying she is stopped at the door before she can cross the thresh hold versus she can't even open the door in the first place.
