I always figured Egwene and Rand would have to work together.

Egwene's strength in Earth, and her amazingly fast Cuendillar transitions always made me think that she would have to help Rand seal the bore. Rand will have to Seal the metaphysical bore with one of the powers (I have no specific thoughts on how) and then Egwene will have to destroy Shayol Ghul with her Earth Talent so that nobody can even reach the "soft spot". Then I think she alone will have to make seven new seals of Cuendillar.
I always say, if you must mount the gallows, give a jest to the crowd, a coin to the hangman, and make the drop with a smile on your lips. ~Birgitte
How can Rand repair the bore? More importantly, what forms the boundary of the Wheel itself?

The Aiel's insistance is not baseless. They know why they say it is evil.
