This is what I assume you mean by your singing point.

Even in the Age of Legends, the Aiel were at best backup singers to the Ogier. Now, after 3000 years of genetic atrophy they're a non-entity in the realm of singing to crops to make them grow.

Even the Ogier have almost lost the talent for tree-singing.
