Egwene implies not, when she says that Verin's name would have to be cleared eventually. I think only the Rebel Hall knew of Verin, and not much of what she did, etc. They may even think she turned only at the last minute or something.

For the rest, the way Egwene structured the test, she needn't tell anyone she already knew names at all!
