To a reader who is a bit more critical than your average 14-year-old girl, it is obvious that a great deal of the structure and quality of Jordan's ending has been significantly diminished, if not outright ruined.
That is nonsense. Maybe some readers just want a good story to read and to see what happens in this extremely long plot. You don't need to be a 14-year old girl to overlook some errors in structure by the man who is not the author.
Trying to promote a theory that these books are shocking is senseless. I don't doubt that there are flaws but you as a reader have no idea what 'jordan's ending' is or how he would have approached it. Harriet herself read and approved this book, and she knew RJ's mind better than even the most avid fan.
