I dissagree Ashaman Narishma Send a noteboard - 24/12/2010 07:09:41 PM
yeah, isn't that how the "deathgates" work? Shadow spawn can't survive being touched by the O.P. So when they pass through a gateway it kills them. Tollocs check in but they don't check out.

well, IIRC the deathgates mostly work on the principle that the gateway edges are extremely sharp, and that's the reason they open and close and they have not a round shape: that way, no one would survive a deathgate. The fact that shadowspawn can't pass through them is just a "plus".

The aim of the deathgate to kill a trolloc is to pass it through the gateway thus killing it in the process... I imagine if a channeler wanted an extremely sharp edge to slice trollocs they can use focused air or anything else. Gateways for that purpose are not cost effective.

Yes, RJ confirmed that Shadowspawn can't survive gateways. *NM* - 24/12/2010 07:39:02 PM 622 Views

Not realty. Caemlyn is huge by the standards of the time but realistically it's tiny - 01/01/2011 06:05:06 AM 1119 Views
The sizes I proposed are not huge (well, they would be by standards in the middle ages but not now) - 04/01/2011 06:37:50 AM 1050 Views
