Perhaps, but I don't think so. ˥ɐ ʎpu∀ɹ Send a noteboard - 01/01/2011 01:19:12 AM
Send a quick message to Talmanes and the Kin saying "go with location 14" and they are all set. This seems very straight forward.

Caemlyn is a big city. They would need to organise a lot of pre-determined locations to have any sort of coverage, which would be determined by how far Talmanes was prepared to lead the gholam. I would guess the he wouldn't try for more than 100 metres/yards. How many places would they need to give that sort of coverage across the city? If it is 1km across, then 100 locations. 10km, then 10,000 locations. Too many.

Yes, RJ confirmed that Shadowspawn can't survive gateways. *NM* - 24/12/2010 07:39:02 PM 647 Views
And then BS confirmed that gholam are "more perfected" Shadowspawn which can. *NM* - 24/12/2010 08:35:34 PM 643 Views
Read the post I responded too. I know that. - 26/12/2010 11:58:40 AM 1350 Views
Why would them not being able to survive a gateway be a problem? - 26/01/2011 05:36:09 AM 1169 Views

They prepared a place, and it just happened to be within walking distance of the attack? - 25/12/2010 09:44:34 AM 1350 Views

Not realty. Caemlyn is huge by the standards of the time but realistically it's tiny - 01/01/2011 06:05:06 AM 1160 Views
The sizes I proposed are not huge (well, they would be by standards in the middle ages but not now) - 04/01/2011 06:37:50 AM 1091 Views
I believe Caemlyn is less than 300k people .... That's what .05% the size of London? - 30/01/2011 06:02:50 PM 1151 Views
You aren't seriously comparing modern population densities to medieval ones, are you? *NM* - 30/01/2011 09:23:57 PM 620 Views
