Yeah, though it makes me wonder how they got there, since they can't travel. A Waygate of course, but I can't think of what reason they would have to be near Ebou Dar.


Maybe Mesanna doesn't want the tower being attacked by them, although that would most likely be completely counter productive to the DO' plans. But, who says she needs to order them openly, we have seen disguises a plenty.


I think MEssana is pretty thoroughly cowed and unlikely to try that tactic. Besides, if they are planning to attack the tower than Semihirage presumably knew and approved, so presumably MEssana and Demandred know and approve to. Assuming that is on the short-term plan list for the Seanchan, I've never caught why that's supposed to be a given.

I suppose it's possible that Moridin has been sending large bands out to places just to cause chaos, but otherwise I can't tihnk of a reason for them to be there.
