I didn't see Masema going down that way. I think that would have done better in KoD then in the Prologue for TGS. Glad to see a major character get whacked, means we're getting into business, but it did seem a bit out of place.

The Forsaken Tea Party didn't seem right somehow, dialogue wise, but I think we should probably be assuming Demandred is running the show out of Shara. Unless he actually does command the borderland army, which I doubt. Liked the fortress, it reminded me of the old video game circa 2000 or so. Somehow I think Lan will end up attacking the place.


I think it's much more likely that he's running Murandy


Doesn't seem significaqnt enough for a guy like him, with the others grabbing after major powers, but possible. At the same time, besides shara he might easily through his alliance with semihirage have been able to get a force in some part of seanchan, or maybe he has been mucking around on the other continent allegedly full of madmen. I'm betting on Shara though.
