Since we have no idea what it was there is no way to know. It may have been scrapped, it may have been radically changed, it may have been slightly changed or it may have been left virtually intact. The only things we know that have changed as far as the DO is concerned are:
1) there is now a Nablis...Demandred was NOT Nablis
2) we now have Shadar Haran
3) since LoC, Sammy and Aginor are now gone
4) it is a LOT easier for him to touch the world and his influence has increased greatly.
