Rand really does look more or less like Rand, and like a real person, even if he does look like Shaidar Haran is standing a bit deeper in the Pit of Doom and snapping pictures of him for Playgirl magazine.

Oh, and the two women are definitely Moiraine and Nyn. At first I mistook Nyn for Min, due to the short hair, until I remembered her braid is gone. It can't be Egwene, not simply because she's the Amyrlin and won't be on the front lines (or because she's Egwene and therefore won't do anything that cool), but because Egwene would wear her Amyrlin clothes, not a generic yellow or blue dress. But Moiraine always dressed in blue, and Nyn is an Aes Sedai of the Yellow Ajah, so they make the most sense by far. Plus really, who else is going to go into the Pit of Doom with Rand except those two? They've been with him and supported him since day 1, so it's either them or one of them is Alivia, and I'd much rather have Nyn and Moiraine than an ex-damane of questionable character and motive.
