0 Evidence? Cyndane v. Alivia is plenty of evidence EDIT with exact quote

Lanfear at 10% more than Moiraine would still be vastly more powerful than Moiraine due to training.
Of which you have zero evidence. Nynaeve is almost as useless as a channeler can be and she defeated Moghedien. Verin managed to stand against inverted/reversed weaves as the Cleansing. And don't forget Rand who has defeated numerous Forsaken, including Asmodean using almost no training. It seems that the difference between a hugely skilled channeler and moderately trained one isn't that big. Merean vs Moiraine is a good example of how training can influence a battle.
And go re-read the quote Egwene says "I can face her and defeat her"
Exact Quote ... leaves nothing to discussion:
Towers of Midnight
CHAPTER 5
Writings
"I have sisters researching everything we can find about Mesaana," Egwene continued. "She's not a warrior, Gawyn. She's an administrator, a planner. If I can confront her, I can defeat her. But we must find her first. Exposing myself is only one of my plans—and you are right, it is dangerous. But my precautions have been extensive."
Domani Drag Queen in the White Tower ... Aran'gar watch out!

Who said RJ created a 100 point scale? I always assumed we did to make this easier to follow

I've think I've finally done it. I've solved the entire Curve. Daigian is the key...

The Mean and SD are set by Daigian's position. Your options are therefore not possible...

Yet you have many more SD between the Mean and Lanfear than you do Morgase and the Mean

I absolutely agree. The lower side of the curve MUST be intersected by zero after 1 SD...

I am not convinced Moiraine is the Mean. Merely 50% of Lanfear

But on a Bell Curve the Mean IS 50% of Lanfear. You've just disproven your own contention.

I agree with that. But please honestly look at the math I presented. It disproves the Bell Curve.
