She was very old, so old school that she didn't like using the new healing weaves, and was killed by the Sharans before she could escape. The main points I can think of against her is that she voted for new Hall processes, and was in favor of approaching the Black Tower for an alliance, so showed a willingness to bend her old-school ways at times.

I'd also say that given her visibility in the Hall and how hard she and Lelaine opposed one another it seems unlikely that she would have let such an obvious disadvantage happen. Otherwise she certainly fits the bill.
