You started this by taking the thing off topic to focus on Egwene.
Well for one, Egwene did not have an army to defeat Mesaana. That entire battle between the Black Ajah and Aiel etc was not Egwene's deed. Egwene battled Mesaana in private where no one could help her and defeated her. So factually you distorted this entire scene. You asked where you did it, and you did it here.
Secondly, what kind of argument is 'someone would have killed Taim.' The same could be said for any evil person in the series... eventually someone good would have killed them. So it's basically not a worthy deed if you kill a great source of evil, because 'eventually someone will kill them.'
It's a pitched, set piece battle, as opposed to her confrontations with Mesaana or the damane in the Tower.
As usual you were very concise with the truth again as you mention that anyone could go after Taim with one of the most powerful sa'angreal in existence, but of course fail to mention that he was wielding Sakarnen too. I suspect this is the sort of distortion that Fionwe is referring to, or 'merely flinging the Power at each other' because world war two was 'just lots of bombs'.
And if one of those bombs had fallen on Hitler, we would not be praising the guy who happened to release it for defeating Hitler.
So good luck to that person who would have eventually killed him even though he was weaving balefire on a level not seen since the War of Power.
A person weaving balefire dies just as well as anyone. No matter how much balefire you are weaving, you have the same anatomical functions, and are no more or less protected than a non-channeler.
