Rand is a lunatic. Anyone can see that. Just because he's the world's most valuable key doesn't mean he knows what to do with himself, and considering Egwene had pushed herself ahead of dozens of Sitters playing their own well established game in politics, I think she would be a pretty good advisor to anyone.
That proves NOTHING. She managed a political triumph in a closed environment. She has absolutely no education or experience in dealing with the rest of the world. Rand might need help but she is incredibly unqualified to give it to him.
