There were no Asha'man in the Two Rivers. They didn't even exist at that point. Rand was in the Aiel waste with Mat and Perrin went back home. Alanna and Verin and their warders helped Perrin.
I seem to recall Aes Sedai fighting for Perrin at Dumai's Wells.
