It's mentioned twice in Deceptive Appearances

She may have returned her angreal at the same time. She is very much an Aes Sedai, after all.
If I recall correctly, no one knows about her secret little angreal. However, she may have donated it.
I don't know where this gets mentioned. It's not in Deceptive Appearances, the scene where Verin uses that quasi-Compulsion, and I don't remember all Verin's PoVs that well.
Anyway, Aes Sedai consider all 'greal to be the White Tower's property.
Absently she fingered a hard shape inside her belt pouch, a small brooch, a translucent stone carved into what appeared to be a lily with too many petals. She never wore it, but it had not been out of her reach in nearly fifty years.
and then just a bit later when she uses it:
In the moments of confusion that gripped anyone after being Healed, while Beldeine still blinked and tried to come back to herself, Verin opened herself further, opened herself through the carved-flower angreal in her pouch. Not a very powerful angreal, but enough, and she needed every bit of the extra Power it gave her for this.

Seems improbable that she would have had it for 50 years if it belongs to the White Tower
