When they captured Lanfear & Moiraine. BS said that they hoard such items of Power.


Moiraine made Lanfear drop it before they dropped through. Either it is still lying around there, or it was destroyed when the ter'angreal and wagon burned.


Moiraine stole it when she crash-tackled Lanfear. She might have taken it through, or dropped it on the wagon. The angreal could have burned in the fire or ended up with the Finns. Either way, it's not coming back.
