Don't tell anyone, but I actually like Egwene, and I really enjoyed her plotline in tGS. I just thought that it was a bit strange for her to take such a hard view of the BA hunters' actions and Elaida's proposal when she herself had begun to walk the same road.
She is too smart for the parallelism to be lost on her. She surely knew that these acts were similar to her own. BS could have had her reflect on the differences, even if only briefly.

I mean, I expected her to offer some poor excuses to justify why it was okay when she did it. I would have been pleasantly surprised if she had admitted it was wrong when she did it as well, but that it was necessary to fulfill her goals so she had to do it anyway. But it was completely ignored.
Same goes with the lies about Logain and the Red Ajah.
or at least the necessity of their acts were justifiable given the circumstances. Obviously all of these women should be freed of their various Oaths now that the circumstances have changed.
Domani Drag Queen in the White Tower ... Aran'gar watch out!

It does NOT violate Tower Law, as Myrelle herself said, and Siuan admits.

No she was right, and even her blackmail, as reprehensible as that was, was not an act of tyranny
