All right, I'll admit it does seem that Egwene's Oath is more lax.
It's still close enough that Egwene herself thinks it's Compulsion when she realises its effects on Rand's sworn Sisters, and definitely not different enough that what is 'a betrayal of all that they are' for the Black Ajah Hunters is moral for Egwene.
In fact, if you read her own point of view, in A Morning of Victory she knows that what she is doing is wrong, but she thinks it's justified by her need.
