Aside from that, perhaps. Your theory definitely has merit, but the evidence isn't rock-solid. A Forsaken needn't channel in order to control a Myrdraal, and we have no evidence that "Sammael" channeled at all. But I guess it's likely, and it would be odd a female showed up as Sammael channeling Saidiar.
