She seems to think the minimum strength to even come close to facing such an opponent would need to be considerably higher than that individual ... do you think for one second she'd chance meeting a Forsaken with only equal strength when she has the resources to just link 13 together and crush any individual?

By my scale they wouldn't even be 2x as strong as Rand, and we know a more skilled opponent can overcome at least a 2x strength differential.
