Thus Ishamael can't duplicate their powers by using the TP. And he is far more powerful than any of the Shadowspawn with these abilities.

I'm not sure how Aliviarin's mark (while obviously TP) is relevant to any of this... Her mark merely points her out as "property of the DO" so that Shadowspawn won't kill her... it so far hasn't been shown or discussed that it gives her any extra abilities.... or do you have another RJ quote up your sleeve for me :)


It's basically also a gift from the DO (or his Shadow-self SH), like e.g. Slayer or Fain got gifts from the DO, which are of course also granted by the TP.


Certainly Fain would disagree!

Alviarin's mark is more of a sign-post than anything else. As an AS it's doubtful she really needed the protection it offered anyway ... as I see it she's just a cow the DO put a Brand on as a warning to poachers.
