I don't think that she is, I believe Elza or Semi could have easily found them. They knew Rand would never keep those things around him so the most likely person would be Cadsuane. Plus Elza could have overheard where they were or maybe Shadar Haran knew? Maybe they tortured one of the other Aes Sedai around there for the location? I say most likely Semi found them, too many quotes from those Wise Ones make me think they are not DF. Plus why would Sorilea want Rand to be and to Laugh and Cry if she wanted the dark one to win? Doesn't make any sense to me because Sorilea's who mission is to teach Rand laughter and tears the whole series
