Which would certainly make Rand very unstable, even if he doesn't use the TP.

Would it have made him worse than using the TP? Nope.

And at SG itself, we have no clue what Rand's ta'veren effect would do, and I'm sure Moridian wasn't in any hurry to find out.


At least the Prophecies about Rand and his three girls couldn't be fulfilled then. Besides, I think it would certainly have some very bad impact on Rand, if he really killed one of his girls, considering that he is totally shaken when he almost killed Min. And as said, if the DO gave the permission, he could have waited till Rand truly killed Min, because a TP using Rand, who just killed Min, seems worse than a TP using Rand, who almost killed Min.
