Does he want the Chosen (permanently) whittled away further, or does he think that Rand wielding BF will destablize the Pattern more, making it that much easier for the DO to break free? Both? I think the "master plan" is to make Rand himself destabilize the Pattern, making it easier for the Forsaken to accomplish their goals.
