Heh, well... not exactly what I did. But, I didn't like the taxes in my state so I DID move.

Get this, if I don't like an author, do you know what I do? Get this..... I don't buy his books. Crazy, I know.

theres nothing wrong with expressing distaste that an author is taking 6 damn years to write a book and 5 years for the previous one. as an author you have an obligation to the fans to provide good work in a somewhat timely manner. of course no good and thoughtful fan would want an author to compromise the work in the name of brevity, but, as i said, 6 years is the mark of laziness.


Go read other books, start another new hobby, go out and do something new - life is short and there's a lot to do. I just think it's kind of pathetic getting riled up over a fantasy series, especially since there's a lot of fucking fantasy series out there. But hey, that's just me.
