The whole Quentyn thing makes sense, and I guess I can see the Dothraki sea aspect, but the pyramids are still there, and I don't see any (even figurative) blowing in the wind like leaves.
I can see that her suddenly getting her moon blood (had it actually stopped completely during the books?) being her womb quickening, but I would actually expect quickening of the womb to mean pregnancy.
I'm not completely convinced yet though.
I'm going with getting her period again, there's definately evidence that the prophecy has been fulfilled.
