Well, there was that South Carolina author who wrote some extensions of a Texas author's famous short stories involving a certain barbarian, yet he seemed to have done well for himself. Would you have slapped that South Carolina author as well, if you hadn't read what else he had produced? 

Nah. I don't care about Conan. There would have been other reasons for slapping RJ. I only care here because Adams is a treasure and they are prostituting him.
Of course, I didn't think Adams' last few stories were all that great, so I'm curious to see if there's any improvement here
