They are still very valuable and they still sell very well. Hell I bought some of them on VHS and then turned around and bought them again on DVD. Why should anyone else ever be allowed to print and sell Disney movies without paying Disney for the right? I think as long as the original copy right holder is publishing the material they should maintain right to the material. Even if it is Disney.
