I mean, I guess that's because I don't believe everyone has to agree to not kill each other. I realize that these religions are all blasphemous to each other, but...does that have to entail the hatred and violence toward the blasphemer? I don't mind so much when people try to convert others as long as they're polite about it, but I don't see how any of that justifies violence or treating another person as less than a human being.
I am looking at this from the standpoint of someone who is not religious, so I'm just struggling to wrap my mind around how in the 21st century it's okay to hurt someone (physically or otherwise) for "blaspheming" against one's religion? The closest thing from my own beliefs would be like...PETA or something, but I wouldn't advocate blowing them to pieces or condone treating their individual members inhumanely. Even if it'd make me giggle
