Sometime rants do work and change people's mind Roland00 Send a noteboard - 13/10/2010 09:23:39 PM
Sometimes rants do work and change people's minds. They almost never change the people mind who are fervently against you at the start. They can be a call to action, and move the middle/people who are already sympathetic to you in the first place. That said rants can also backfire and move the middle against you, it is all a matter of skill, charisma, what you actually say, and how the middle interpret what you say.

As for your other points, I aint responding to them right now for I am thinking about them. I may respond later. The only thing I will say now is this.

The people who most often commit suicide are the pre-teens and teenagers. Not the elementary school students. Elementary school students do not know what gay is, yet they do bully. Bullying is not just an elementary thing it continues all through young adulthood. It is the pre-teens and teenagers that most often commit suicide. They know what gay is at that age (teenager) or have some understanding even if it isn't really clear (pre-teenager), here are the ages of the people that committed suicide that started Savage doing this project.
