Start it now. All of you. If you're serious about doing it at all, that is. The excuse of gorging yourself on food just because our obese and diabetic society has made a habit of it on the fourth Thursday in November is no reason to join in just because.
Not just because.
But you have a point. I'm being mostly good, just not fully committing. There isn't much point (for me) when there are cookies and snacks showing up all around at work and everywhere. If I tried to ignore it all, I'd just end up in an angry binge. So it's time to be mostly good until it's all past.
