Bah on you... Jacob Send a noteboard - 17/11/2010 03:19:54 PM
Start it now. All of you. If you're serious about doing it at all, that is. The excuse of gorging yourself on food just because our obese and diabetic society has made a habit of it on the fourth Thursday in November is no reason to join in just because.

I am not joining this particular challenge because I know that I won't hold to a low carb and no alcohol diet though the rest of November and December. When I commit to something, i don't like to cheat.

I am however working to increase the frequency of when I exercise and trying to make smart decisions about what I eat and when I eat. I started that in early October and am seeing modest results.

I am willing to try a low-carb and no alcohol diet after the holidays, to add that to the other things that I am doing to be more healthy.
