No, he was not, he was adddressing a crowd directly. Nice politician style job of sidestepping my question though: Can we finally agree that "I dunno what ya'll would do to him in in IA but we would treat him pretty ugly down in TX" is an incitement to ACTS, not words? I have MY facts straight; if you prefer fantasy, well, it would hardly be the first time, so I'll just cut to the part where I throw up my hands.
