What is deal with public restroom stall doors? Do everyone else's go to the floor or something? When I was in Mexico I held it most if the time because you'd be lucky to even HAVE a stall door, and toilet seats were optional.

And really, it's a lot less shocking than the tendency of Turkey and, more surprisingly, France, of having toilets that consist of a hole in the ground plus some special anti-slippery tiles on the place where you're supposed to squat, and nothing else. Well, sometimes they'll be so kind as to provide something to hold on to while squatting as well.
