We can regulate the Hell out of it (all 50 states prohibit convicted felons even being around a gun, and the courts support them even though the Second Amendment does not exempt felons.)

"That's all!" except deciding WHICH new regs to enact. The sole remaining question is whether the GOP goes down with the gun control debates other losers.
