Paul, John, Matthew, and Mark are different than the other books of the New Testament. Yes it is all devinely inspired, but that is not the same thing. There are the 4 witnesses to Christ's life and teachings (thus they are considered to be the divine words of Christ) and the rest is the words of divinely inspired men and can be invalidated, or "clarified" by another divinely inspired proclemation (i.e. Pope speaking Ex Cathedra).
I'm assuming you meant to say Luke, John, Matthew, and Mark not Paul? Paul's kind of a special case but the Gospels are those four, not Paul

Um, because then God was lying when He inspired someone to write "this is not Gods commandment."

You are using an epistle to say every word of all epistles is divinely inspired?
