a woman still has a constitutional right to abortion, whether it's spelled out in black and white or not. you have the constitutional right to vote even though it's not spelled out in the constitution. you also have the right to legal counsel for criminal charges even though that's not spelled out in the constitution. just because a right isn't enshrined in writing doesn't make it any less valid. and having an appearance in the constitution doesn't mean that rights cannot also be regulated.
