You have a Constitutional right to use your privileges as a franchised citizen, so yeah voting is in there.
You have a right to a trial, and to confront your accuser IS specifically stated in the Constitution. Having access to a lawyer is an extension and protection of your Constitutional guaranteed right to that trial, but you don't have to actually use one.
You really do have a bunch of difficulty with that understanding "...shall not be infringed."
