There are so many things you guys are expected to do. I really don't know how you do it. I am not saying that in a mean way at all. I watch out supervisors take crap from the people above them and the people below them and they have to do all the dirty hatchet work and discipline. They didn't get into the job for those things. They got into the job because they felt they would be good at organizing, motivating and directing people. It would be nice to see them being allowed to enjoy their job.

Did this guy deserve to get fired?
