So of course I tip, and I tip a pretty damn good amount.
I know better than to not tip pizza guys....if you order even remotely regularly and don't tip I know that you will be remembered. At our store there were people that would order once a month or less, and wouldn't tip....they were remembered and would get slow/poor service. Nothing icky would be done to their food, but their orders were never a priority.
At a regular restaurant....if the service is bad enough I'll ask for a manager, but I'll never send food back, and never stiff my waiter. I know how hard they work for their crap wage.

I do that myself, We have loads of repeats and if there are multiple drivers, they will try to pass that run on to someone else. I do not drive slower because I know you will not tip, but I do not have you high on my priority list. Especially when I have to leave the store with multiple orders.
If we'd have 3 or 4 orders to deliver on one run the non-tipper would always get their order last, even if they were the closest.
Of course I didn't have to take the known non-tippers often since I was in charge of picking the runs everyone went on if I was in the store. I loved having a master password to dispatch orders!

I don't tip. It's a cultural thing, it's not common to tip here. *NM*
